- We accept returns on select products that are in their original, sealed packaging and under warranty. Items must be in their original, unopened condition to be eligible for a return.
- Returns are only accepted for warranty claims or manufacturing defects. All returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of purchase, and the original invoice or warranty card, along with contact details, must be provided.
- After accepting the returned item, we will process refunds or reimbursements within 7 working days.

- For items purchased online, the cost of return shipping and re-shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
